introduit l\u2019orateur: le Colonel Avi BEM Jeroen POESEN. Il parlera des op\u00e9rations de la Composante Air, et sp\u00e9cifiquement de l\u2019Op\u00e9ration Desert Falcon.<br \/>\nIl souligne la tr\u00e8s grande qualit\u00e9 des op\u00e9rations men\u00e9es par la Composante Air et se dit tr\u00e8s honor\u00e9 de pouvoir en parler \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes occasions et devant diff\u00e9rents publics mais particuli\u00e8rement devant un forum d\u2019anciens de et de personnes toujours actives \u00e0 la Force A\u00e9rienne. Apr\u00e8s l\u2019expos\u00e9 le pr\u00e9sident remercie le Colonel Avi BEM Jeroen POESEN et lui remet le traditionnel petit cadeau.<br \/>\nApr\u00e8s une courte pause nous commen\u00e7ons l\u2019AG.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ordre du jour<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Honneurs aux membres d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9s<br \/>\n<\/strong>Le pr\u00e9sident honore 18 membres d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9s. Les membres se recueillent pendant quelques instants.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bienvenue aux nouveaux membres<br \/>\n<\/strong>Fin 2016, l\u2019association comptait au total 1535 membres.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Introduction par le pr\u00e9sident<br \/>\n<\/strong>Le pr\u00e9sident souhaite la bienvenue \u00e0 tous les participants. Si le nombre de membres grandit d\u2019ann\u00e9e en ann\u00e9e, notre objectif est d\u2019arriver \u00e0 un minimum de 5.000 pour pouvoir \u00eatre per\u00e7u de mani\u00e8re cr\u00e9dible quand une information positive doit \u00eatre donn\u00e9e en support \u00e0 notre Force A\u00e9rienne et ce, avec son accord total. Pour le recrutement \u00ab forces a\u00e9riennes \u00bb en activit\u00e9, nous pourrions pr\u00e9voir que tous deviennent membre, \u00e0 l\u2019exception de ceux qui expriment le souhait de ne pas l\u2019\u00eatre. Nous devons y travailler en d\u00e9tail.<br \/>\nUne des r\u00e9alisations de l\u2019association est l\u2019\u00e9dition du Wings, un magazine d\u2019a\u00e9ronautique de haute qualit\u00e9 dont chaque \u00e9dition vaut plus la cotisation demand\u00e9e.<br \/>\nUn autre avantage pour nos membres concerne les conditions tarifaires pr\u00e9f\u00e9rentielles pour diff\u00e9rentes formules VIP comme les Belgian Air Force Days de Florennes l\u2019ann\u00e9e pass\u00e9e. Les r\u00e9ductions offertes sont aussi plus importantes que la cotisation demand\u00e9e pour la BAF Association qui s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 un petit \u20ac 15.<br \/>\nLe pr\u00e9sident fait appel \u00e0 tous les participants pour qu\u2019ils s\u2019investissent dans le recrutement de nouveaux membres, chacun parmi ses connaissances et ses collaborateurs au travail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Approbation des notules de l\u2019AG du 16 avril 2016<\/strong><br \/>\nLes notules sont approuv\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Election de membres du Conseil d\u2019Administration<br \/>\n<\/strong>6 membres sont sortants et r\u00e9\u00e9ligibles :<br \/>\nJan Bossuyt, Fran\u00e7ois Florkin, Pieter Janssens, L\u00e9on Rubin, Danny Van Brusselen, J\u00fcrgen Verstaen.<br \/>\nMarie-Jeanne Boulard-Hody est d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9e et G\u00e9rard Van Caelenberge est d\u00e9missionnaire.<br \/>\nIl y a un nouveau candidat : Gilbert Parewyck.<br \/>\nIl sont tous (r\u00e9)\u00e9lus par applaudissements.<br \/>\nIl reste une place \u00e0 promouvoir dans le Conseil d\u2019Administration.<br \/>\nLe pr\u00e9sident fait un appel aux jeunes de poser leur candidature.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bilan 2016<br \/>\n<\/strong>R\u00e9sultats fin d\u00e9cembre 2016.<br \/>\nLe tr\u00e9sorier pr\u00e9sente :<br \/>\n&#8211; L\u2019\u00e9tat des revenus et d\u00e9penses au 31\/12\/2016<br \/>\n&#8211; Le bilan au 31\/12\/2016.<br \/>\nL\u2019avoir de la de Belgian Air Force Association en date du 31\/12\/2016 s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 : \u20ac 22.690,49<br \/>\nRapport du v\u00e9rificateur: monsieur Jan Vingerhoets a contr\u00f4l\u00e9 et approuv\u00e9 la comptabilit\u00e9.<br \/>\nLe pr\u00e9sident propose que l\u2019AG donne d\u00e9charge au tr\u00e9sorier, aux administrateurs et aux v\u00e9rificateurs aux comptes. Cette proposition est accept\u00e9e par l\u2019AG et la d\u00e9charge est accord\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Budget 2017<br \/>\n<\/strong>Le tr\u00e9sorier pr\u00e9sente les \u00ab Pr\u00e9visions budg\u00e9taires 2017\u00bb.<br \/>\nContr\u00f4le de la comptabilit\u00e9 : monsieur Jan Vingerhoets &amp; monsieur Luc Defrancq ont propos\u00e9 de contr\u00f4ler la comptabilit\u00e9 2017.
